Blog # 15 Project

Cacao e pepe is classic Roman pasta. It is a very simple and popular dish in NYC.
Ingredients:
200g Spaghetti
 2 or 3 cup Pecorino Romano cheese 
Pasta Water

Fresh black pepper (freshly ground)
