Final project

 Shrimp & Asparagus Salad Recipe

This salad is one of the most heart healthy salads you can eat. Perfect for light supper or lunch, and the most convenient part that it can be prepared quickly. Because of my schedule and that I don’t know how to cook as well. I made the decision to make this easy and healthy salad.

Ingredients:

Fresh shrimp
Asparagus
Romaine lettuce
Red and green peppers
Tomatoes
Feta cheese
Sea salt and black pepper
Olive oil
Garlic

Note:  the amount of each ingredient will be depending on how many people you’ll feed.

The first step: wash very well the shrimp, than put some garlic on it along with a little bit of black pepper. Put it on the pot to cook like this:

Than, when the shrimp turn out into red color that’s means that is ready. Remember shrimp should be cook in about 5 minutes or less. Per example like this:

Second step:

Wash the asparagus and cut the bottom of them to get away of the ugly part. Than put a little bit of garlic, black pepper and olive oil on the pot to cook it as well.

Last step:
put into a bowl the washed romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red and green peppers. Mix it up like this:

And finally the healthy salad is ready to eat J

It was a nice experience by trying to cook but it would be better if I could share this recipe with you guys. The shrimp came out a little salty but at the end it tasted good because I didn't add any dressing.
