People like to eat different food.Some use to eat at the restaurants almost every day and others eat home food .Eating a lot that's mean people consume  too much sodium.In the article "The Public Health Crisis Hiding in Our Food"Tomas A. Farley shows that consuming too much sodium raises blood pressure and heart attacks.The article shows us that sodium is killing a lot of people.Experts recommend less milligrams of sodium.  The reasons why everyone eats too much sodium is because our food is fool salt.The article shows that even though blubbery muffins are sweet they contain double salt than potato chips or vegetables juice contains over 500 milligrams.Restaurants  use more sodium than is recommended and the food industry too.In the other hands doctors recommend people to eat less salt because of blood pressure. The British data shows that reducing the salt people dying from heart diseases and stroke and a few scientific crises have been in conclusion that reducing salt is risky because can increase mortality.Twenty-one companies trying to put less sodium in common products but some other company ignore the idea about salt.At the end the article advises the federal government to start and fix this important problem for saving a lot of lives.
