In the article WALKING THE BRIDGES author Lauren Frayer is describing the capital city of Hungary. He is explaining how are the two parts of Budapest connected with bridges of different  names.Also this bridges are very easy to walk without entering the city and in the same time you can enjoy the beauty of the river called Danube.All this bridges have different names like Elizabeth bridge,Chain Bridge, Margaret bridge or the famous Liberty bridge. Sadly this bridges were bombed by Nazis in 1945. I do agree with author that Budapest is one of the most amazing city in eastern Europe. It has such fascinating charm.


As an author mentioned in his article in 1945 World War II. the Nazis blew all this bridges. Shortly all of them after war were rebuild in the original form except Elizabeth bridge which was ruined too heavily. Let me tell you something about this bridge and my memories of it. In 2005 when i used to live in Budapest I do remember in the summer me and my friend used to have the night walk trough the city and of course we couldn't left out the Elizabeth bridge. I know for sure that this bridge was my first which i past by walk and the view in the middle of the bridge was amazing. On the one side you can see the part of Buda and on the other side you can see the part of Pest. Its so interesting that this one bridge connect the city of Buda and Pest. So in one word it´s Budapest. if you will plane the trip to Budapest you have to walk trough this bridge for sure.
