The university of Ohio State researches show how false beliefs are and what it take to free people from them, R. Kelly Garrett and Erik Nisbet professor of communication at Ohio State University asked 750 people if they believed one of the rumors about the Islamic cultural central, and wonder if the truth would change their mind. They arrived at two conclusions: 1) That people are easily fooled in what they believed with sickness and inflammatory quotes, which affects an individual even when evidence has shown that allegations are wrong, and 2) that people tend to stick to their beliefs even when the learn the truth. No one likes to tell that they are wrong.
